Hey guys, I need someone to create me a simplistic emote for twitch.

I want it just like that example but instead of Pink, make it Blue.
And the text saying 'No Hands'... 'No' is on top while 'Hands' is on bottom
The sizes are 28x28 56x56 112x112 and its has to be TRANSPARENT (Twitch Emote Requirements)
