Really no complaints. Assuming you have a quality PSU to run all of this, and a case to contain it all, I'd say you've got yourself a perfectly fine build for the money you paid.

The only thing I could nit pick at is the RAM as I wouldn't buy Kingston (not my top one or two brand) but RAM is RAM.

The GPU is weaker, but the CPU makes up for it. The GPU will perform better on games with mantle though.

Mantle is meant to lower the CPU bottleneck, so what's the point of sticking a 4th gen i5 in it?

Mantle is meant to do a lot of things, but as DX12 might come along and Mantle is really only useful on an EA game i wouldn't rely on it.

OP except for the PSU being overkill for one card it is a pretty good build. You can also get better prices on GTX760's on Newegg currently with reference coolers going for $229.

yeah im waiting to buy the gtx unitl i can get it for the lowest rice possible,and i will most likely be building on this PC for a while so i wanted a PSU that can handle the things imight want to add, and for the other person, why would ilower my GPU for a better CPU when i can overclock the FX 6300 to 4.5 GHZ with on problems?

Well, you are not guaranteed 4.5GHZ, it depends on both the motherboard and the chip. You could get a really poo chip for overclocking and be limited to 3.9GHz like someone I know or you could have a great chip. but 4.5GHz is where the chip starts to get VERY VERY hot under load.
