The kinect that came with my console powers off randomly for a few seconds and then powers back on and stays on for about 15 seconds and then powers back off again. And keeps repeating this cycle. Does any one know what could be causing this issue, or any possible fixes

Try unplugging all the cables and plug them back together and dont use kinect and see if that fixes it..If doesnt then try Contacting Microsoft about this problem

You have a 1 year warranty, everyone does so replace it now. Make sure the kinect is in the open and not boxed in.

The cause of this error is currently unknown. After securing the connection and trying a restart, contacting Microsoft Support is recommended. Don't try to fix it. It will be worst just contact microsoft for a repair or a kinect change. One of my friend got the same problem and got an other kinect by contacting Microsoft..
