When i'm at the home screen none of the apps will load. For example I can't view the store, music, or other apps. If you can help, it would be appreciated.

I haven't experienced this issue.

I would try resetting your console which you can do by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds.

This usually fixes a lot of common problems such as this.
