Hello guys,

How do you get the free packs?
I've seen people get untradeable players and I'm on the xbox one so I'm wondering if I can get the packs.
Any help?

Try going onto Ultimate team, exiting out, going on the web-app and then going back onto UT.

Worked for me on my 2nd account.

Go on ultimate team on console and they will be in the store

Also, can you do it on a different account that hasn't been on fifa?
