So I was wondering if that email that people have been sending fake story's to get things/players they never had if it works and it's worth it comment and let me know please

Most of them are fake. They are random people asking for your account information so they can do whatever they want with your Xbox account.

No.. None of them work. EA isn't that stupid.. They won't just give you money because you claimed to have been scammed. They would simply say 'too bad' and go on with their day..
Don't send any of your account information to the email as they can easily get ahold of your account without your knowledge from the simple information you've provided to them. May sound dumb, but it can and most likely will happen.
