Lil Wayne makes better music, but Pac is the undeniable rap king for now. Wayne still wins as far as a better catalog, sonics, and technical ability go, but that can't stand pac's legacy.

Sounds like you're implying That Tupac was actually a good rapper and contrary to popular belief, he wasn't. Tupac was an average mc. Bland rhyme schemes, delivery, flow, lyrics, etc. He's only considered to be so good because of how big he was during the "golden age" of hip hop. Tupac was a storyteller, but a very basic one. There were plenty of better artists out at his time, but weren't as big Big L is better than both big and pac. Lil Wayne was a better overall mc. This is a fact. Don;t let hip-hop purists that only listen to pre 2000's music tell you otherwise. In point, PAC WAS AVERAGE AT BEST.
