Hello guys, I just wanted to let you know that the method to get 1 month of free Xbox Live on Silver accounts still works & many people still don't know about it.
Quick note: This ONLY WORKS ON NEW SILVER ACCOUNTS.
Feel free to post below if you need help!
Here is how:
1) Log into your silver account (create one if you didn't already)
2) Go onto xbox.com, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click on 'Mobile Version'
3) Close that tab, and click on this link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4) You should have the option to get 1 Month trial for $0.00 like this:
5) Now you will need to enter your credit card information. Here is how you bypass that without a real one:
6) Use the number that you made in the previous step for Bancore and wait for the verification call (where you enter a PIN code). It usually only takes 5 min or less..
7) Log in with your phone number & new PIN code. It'll ask for your address & name..You can use a fake name, but for the address, use this information:
234 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
K1A 0G9
(I've used this same address every time and made about 10 credit cards )
8) Once you've signed up, you will get your free visa card. It'll look like this:
9) Just enter that info for xbox.com, except you will need to enter a US address because Canada address won't work. You can just use this random address if you'd like:
433 W Harrison St
Chicago, IL 60699
(Please let me know if it stops working! It is working as of 3/21/2014 3:00 PM!)
10) That's it! You should have one month of FREE Xbox Live!
Here's the proof that the code actually works
*DON'T FORGET TO TURN OFF AUTO-RENEWAL IF YOU DON'T WANT IT
**YOU CAN USE THE SAME CREDIT CARD FOR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
THIS METHOD IS STILL WORKING AS OF MARCH 21, 2014. I WILL CHECK BACK AND POST IF IT EVER STOPS WORKING!

Hey guys, looks like the app 'Text Free' is not available for people who live in the UK...You don't have to use that app. You can use any app that will give you a number to use from Canada (that lets you use voice, not only text)!

i dont think its working anymore... Im in the us and i cant seem to get it to work... i dont get a option of a 1 month for $0.00
