It's not that I didn't know the risks, but the point that I've never heard of anyone ever being banned for this.

It must've been too many complaints from other users or something like that...Cause I modded that game with an ISO for over a year and I never got banned or even suspended

You had a flashed Xbox, which is against their ToS.

You completely deserved it. Stop whining about being banned and go on with your life.

PS: The fact that you were ISO modding WaW doesn't matter in the slightest, it was the fact you had a modded console.
