I believe the language they're speaking is Portuguese.

This video didn't catch my attention to much because it looked pretty unrealistic.

There is many other videos on the internet regarding the presence of aliens and they seem more 'realistic', I guess you can say.

Video is probably fake, Those blue lights looked like special effects, and of course its in a foreign country with a really poor quality camera.

Definitely fake. I personally believe that there's something out there but nothing that's made contact with humans or have gotten anywhere near Earth.

Most fake video ive ever seen.. You must be pretty stupid to think that is real..

How do you explain that flash of light and the lights that came down? I mean the video is 240p , I'm no expert but I think it would be pretty hard to make something like that, with that amount of pixels.

i believe it's easier to fake it since it's in lower quality

Looks fake, and I'm pretty sure if there was a UFO in the sky, everyone driving by would have stopped and taken a look at it. Everyone was just carrying on with their lives.
