I have been told many things about these 3 types of jtags. What i want to know is the Pros and Cons of each one. So post everything you know about them.

FALCON is more reliable than either but harder to get up and running. (with installing freeboot, freestyle dash, deciding which jtag diagram to use, ect, ect...)
ZEPHYR is just a pain in the butt all the way around.
XENON is easier to deal with but less reliable. (RROD, Disk read error, ect... beacause the unit is older)
If you have a XENON, have it reballed and swap out that old dvd drive for a nice new BEN Q. Have I-extreme v1.2 put on it. (Nice for booting backups.)
If you own a FALCON have fun. Once your done with the leg work, you have a very reliable JTag. no worries of boot errors, RROD, Disk read errors, ect...
Hope this sums it all up just enough to help..

Now thats a good post. I was thinking about a falcon. Buying it from modmidget. I am getting the console only but i think it is installed with the freeboot and such.

Get a Jasper 16Mb Nand They're Perfect Never Overheats. Jut Get One With Freeboot 0.32 Installed with Hash Checks Removed!

well i have a xenon and i personally like it. buy a rrod jtaggable, get it reflowed/rebaalled, and get the dvd flashed, get the hdd modded, then u dont even need a dvd, lol.
falcon, was micrisofts attempt to replace the rrod prone xenons, and zypher, idk much about them , but frum what i heard, there a pain in the ass. my xenon works great, ima put some extra fan in there, get my temps down, but it still works great.
