With a RGH Dual Nand do mods come with it or do you have to download them or when I automatically play a game does it have mods or give me mods. If I have to download mods where can I download some.

You have to download patches for them.

You have to download the patches, if you don't know how to use an RGH/Jtag I wouldn't recommend buying one unless you do research as they can be confusing if you don't know what to do

You really shouldn't be buying a modified console if these are the questions you're asking.

No, an RGH does not automatically mod a game for you.
