I am new to PC gaming i was wondering when you buy elder scrolls online. will it be delivered as a disc or a code that i have to download on my comuter. it is confusing me with all this early access stuff

Depends, if you bought the digital version from GreenmanGaming, or Amazon, or the ZenimaxOnline website, you will probably just get the code to activate. Then you will need to download the game to play after applying the code to your account. If you bought it straight from Zenimax, that isn't required.
If you bought a Physical copy, you will get the disc and everything ON RELEASE, you should still be emailed the Early access code, but you will have to download the game to play first.
