There are people who do that, yes, however it's not everyone in the fandom who does it. Every fanbase has this type of thing going on, I just have no clue what it's called and really don't want to bother looking around for it.

me too, i mean i know a lot of adults who love spongebob but a show about ponies? i cant explain lol

I'm not going to try and convince any of you why it's "not" for "little girls"... This has been done so many times.

Many of us like it because we can relate to a character. Each of the "Mane 6" have their own personality, some of which, are the polar opposite of each other.

It's not about anything else to me than just me being able to relate to each character, each one has their own strengths and flaws, some of which help/hurt the others.

As I said, I'm not trying to convince any of you to change your minds, or start anything.

This is just my reasoning for liking the show.

I relate to each character more and more, which keeps me watching the show.

That, and the other fans.

The HUGE amount of Musicians, Artists, Animators, writers, etc, just are amazing with the things they create.

If it was not for other fans, I would not be watching it still.

Here's something for all of you who don't know or care to read.
