what do you need to know? do you have the plugins downloaded? did you put them in dashlaunch? your question is fairly vague.

yeah i but them in dash launch and they will not connect to the tool

do you remember a window poping up the first time you opened an rte tool and it asked about firewalls? well make sure you hit allow on both options. that might be the problem but im not 100% positive

Try running the program as Administrator and turning your AV off
