It Depends On The Role You Play Most Of The Time.
(Hecarim = Jungle)
(Fiora = Top)
But, If You Want To Break The Metta You Can Take Either Top Or Jungle.

Her passive doesnt put out damage. Each time she hits or kills a creep or champion it heals her. That being said, if you play Fiora correct and don't get pooped on in lane its over. A fed Fiora can 1v5 the team and walk away with half health.
