What i mean by that sorry is for instance in the GTA forum when people do car meets and post a topic about it, They have a fancy sign saying 'Rules' and then another for How to get in etc,

Im pretty sure the don't make them using Photoshop so how do they get them?

A way to do it is to make it on photoshop then upload it up to photobucket then all you do is put the img in then it works.

You create an image saying that, then upload it to TTG

People make them in photoshop they get a GFX Editor to edit their post to make it look good so people will want to join the lobby.

if you are talking about stuff like this, they are made in photoshop... They aren't too hard to make if you know what you are doing...
