So this is my FUT squad on Xbox - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I just started playing this game and I have no clue on what to do or how to organize my squad. If you could give me some tips on how to change my squad, or anything helpful, could you please comment down below. (By the way, I understand everything is really bad, I have never played FIFA before so i'm still getting used to it.)

Well you need to fix your chemistry by creating a squad of the same league or the same nationality (A hybrid once you get more experience).

And how do I do that? By buying players from same team, league etc.?

Put everyone in position for a start or if not sell them and buy a team all in the same league and right positions.

Watch some Youtube vids.. should be a lot easier to understand how ultimate team works
