Requirements:
-Must be Chrome
-L Plate Must Say Twitter
-No Party Invites
-Must Be Fully Upgraded
-So their is no questions i have a patch blocker and am able to give money
-I would mod it but i have a very crapy Pc
- Money Is Received when i have the car in my possession
-We Will Dupe The Car With The A Rt Method I will tell u how to do it if you dont know how
