ok guys i deleted my whole folder for my project how do i get it so i can put it online if i debug it where will it go

I have the same error someone help .....
I have a tool error here is a picture [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I have literally tried everything to solve this...took of firewalls(didn't get the message pop up of turnoff firewall but still turned it off), made my console default in neighborhood, tried many different tools and games, tried many plugins and different combinations, and made sure I was on the right TU for both the game and the tool....please help

When you debug, the program is compiled in your debug folder in your project's folder.
