I play tons of ppl with 2.0+ kd n most suck since 90% have hacked kd ratios i can tell easily just by clicking lobby leaderboard to see whos legit kd shouldnt matter as long as there team players but i rather have a .95 kd player that trys and is a team player then a 2.0 kd player that camps n doesnt cap or play objective game play those type only play tdm n u wont win any clan wars that way as far as level 25 all that means is u play to much n have to much time on ur hands
