It doesn't look to be real. With the technology we have today, it's possible to fake anything. Look at the CGI in movies.

I'm not too sure about this.
It looks real, the movements of the thing and everything, but surely there would be more people out? Or people in the building it was on would know?

I this this is fake or special effects because the this didn't appear until 5 seconds into the video so how did he know when to start filming. Also the thing crawling down the building looks like an animation of some sort this would be really easy to make if you had the tools to do it. My final opinion on this is FAKE
