Need help with a team build

Looking for someone to build me a team.
Formation has to be 41212
I wan't my defenders to have low or medium attacking work rate with high defense work rate
I need my CDM to have medium attack high defense
I need my CAM to have high attack medium defense or low defense
I need my RM and LM to have High attack and high defense or High attack and any defense
and i need ST to have High attacking and medium or low defense work rate.
I also need them to have strong link ups as many green as you can get or just make sure the chem is 100.
