title says it all heard its possible through fsd do i need stealth

Yes you can do it via FSD, just go to your game library in FSD, select the game you want and then scroll down to manage title updates, then download them from there, after that just press A on the TU you want activated.

You can also obtain them from the internet then just put the on a USB and copy and paste them to your cache folder in XeX menu.
