when im on my xbox one im in a party with my friend and when im using my mike i can hear him but it wont let me talk but it works through kinect... any help? ?

mine does that i just start a game and click choose this account and when it loads my mic works fine

What you'll need to do is
Go to settings>kinect>turn kinect mic off
Then you'll need to turn your console off then back on, then it should work.

i dont have my connect on man and it wont work...

Did you try resetting your console?
If that does not help, you'll need to contact Microsoft.
