I don't get it. What's the point? This is just a form that opens other forms.
Not exactly hard to make.
Also:
- Why would this require any form of API?
- What processing?
This is rather pointless.

First off, what is this program about?
You want people to download this, you need to get them to want it. "Sell" it to them.
If you made this program in Visual Baisc, then the images are not server based, they're just compacted into the .exe.
Also, what ObscureCoder was saying, what is the need for an API and what is processing?

it was coded in c#, its really just an informational program, nothing really that special
