I looked through the section rules and I didn't see anything about this being unallowed. Anyway, I was wondering if someone could gift me Fizz/ Gragas. I really want them but 1. I don't have money to buy them and 2. Im trying to fix up my Runes Pages.

for runes dont buy until tier 3 and its not against the rules but who knows if they will gift.

Its 14 on OCE so only 2 weeks use to be 21 days though
