hi all,
almost finished my first build and as i want to overclock im looking into two options for cooling either the CM Hyper 212 EVO or the CM seidon 120M, my CPU is an AMD FX-8320, thoughts on these two and any other budget suggestions?

yeah, thanks and also whats your opinion on water cooling as some people find it overatted?
(I wanna go for open loop in my future higher performance builds)

Closed loop and high end air usually face off with neither beating the other more than a few degrees.

As for open loops it will be very expensive, risky unless you have experience and most people only use it for hardcore overclocking or epeen.
