What is the quickest way to get cash?
I'm a low level and would like a nice car and better weapons

well it realky depend if you want to use glitches or do it legit if you want to do glitches you get a lot more money theres a solo glitch that gives you 700k each time you sell a car

Bringing online cars and sell them gives a nice bit of money to start off (100k per car every 48 minutes)
in the meantime you can do missions while your waiting for the timer to reset
