I posted this in a thread to help somebody but I just thought I'd make a public thread so you can all see!
I'm assuming you have the 400k garage/apartment?
Well, ring up Pegasus, get a Journey, go pick it up.
Park it against the garage doors so when you enter there will be no animation.
Grab the car you wanna sell (don't worry you'll get it back).
Exit garage.
If you've done it right, when you get out of your car it should NOT have a tracker.
If that's alright, go back to your garage and get a BMX.
Now when you bring the BMX out, it should say that your vehicle was destroyed.
Go sell your vehicle at the customs.
Once sold, ring up the insurance and purchase a replacement vehicle.
You now have your vehicle and the cash you sold it for.
Repeat for easy cash.

That's the only downside to this glitch, you have to invest 400k on the garage lol.
But once you've got it, you can make that 400k back very quick.
