My friend wants to go on my account, and License Transfer Dark Souls off me, will he be able to or not?

I know he can be trusted with my account, but I dont want to waste time.

He should be able to unless you have license transferred in the last 3 months.

Nope, I haven't, but the last time I tried to transfer Soul Caliber off his account, and it said I needed to sign into an account which has purchased this game.

I went to License Transfer, transferred them and then downloaded it from the history.

I don't know that seems weird. It could've been a glitch or something. You friend should be able to do it.
