yeah that would be fine,
if you want a little faster data transfer speeds on your jtag though you can always get an crossover cable..
an ethernet cable always works too though

its for faster data speeds,
any regular networking cable can transfer data over, but if your looking to ftp an crossover cable will help in the long run
