When you went through the process of jailbreaking did you remove your passcode from your phone? It says in the README that you have to do this. I know that when i first jailbroke my phone i didnt remove it and my jailbreak was broken so i had to restore my phone and that time removed my passcode and then it worked perfectly fine.

The only thing i could suggest is to restore your phone (Make sure its backed up) and try the jailbreak again. Could work the second time around.
