There is an App (Cant remember the name) that you can earn coins to gain followers on instagram. With a Jailbreak you can just get loads of coins for free and gain loads of followers. I will try and find out the app name for you and PM you.

The best way for Instagram followers is just follow LOADS of people until you cant follow more, do the same the next day, then the next day. And you will see a rapid change in your followers

For Snapchat, if you have a jailbroken IOS device you can download an app called flex. On that app you can download a patch for a maxed out snapchat score.

Its pretty uselss tho, cause the patch for Flex only allows yourself to see the score and not your friends. And the score is ridiculous, its like 290,235,996
