You would be lucky if you could run it on low. I can help you if you want to build your own.

Here is a build that will be able to play every game the total is right at your budget assuming that your currency is usd, I would recommend not pirating your OS and going with steam OS Linux etc or if you have to have Windows you can download there 3 month full trial.

I highly doubt you will be able to run the game with that graphics card.

Aylius wrote I highly doubt you will be able to run the game with that graphics card.DayZ is more CPU intensive so it's based more on your CPU than GPU. As long as your CPU is good enough, it should run.
OP-The higher the settings you play at, the more GPU power you need so you won't be playing at very high settings at all, if you keep it at low settings, as long as it is playable(not laggy or hard to make out), you should be fine.

It's quickly apparent that you have no idea what you're talking about.

How could it possibly depend on "your self". Games don't adjust to their user?

OP-You can 'obtain' Windows without having to purchase it. You can pick up an optical drive for around $15. However, an optical drive on't be needed unless you're installing games from a disk. So, if you're not, just leave it out for now and purchase one at a later date when you need it or have the money for it.
