I haven't played WoW before, but I won my 3 games while installing it. I just made my first character and I don't have any mounts...? Any suggestions?

just win 3 more i had the same problem not getting it after my first 3 i won 3 more then logged back on and it was in my mail from mei francis

You need a full account to get the mount , not trials etc , also it may just be being slow to send due to the influx of people after it :p

I got mine right away. I won the games and went to my mailbox in WoW and it was there.

It may take a while to come through aswell due to the sheer amount of people going for that mount and the fact thier auth servers/login servers have been pretty hit and miss lately it may take a while for the system to get to sending your through the mail but it will eventually come

You should just get it as soon as you win the games. But yea, if you don't have the full game you can't receive mounts.
