Every time I try to use an RGH modding tool application on my computer I get this error [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] This error has to do something with my computer because the tool works on my other computer...please help

Hmm i recognize the error. But i dont know the last part, try looking it up?

Try deleting and re downloading it.
Do you have Net Framework installed? Some programs require it to start.

I have the highest netframework installed and have tried many similar programs and I still have the same error. My operating system is windows 7.
