It's hard with the new physics engine that they have so you can't just run through a player but there are a few that work at a good rate.

Panthers Offensive Playbook: Shotgun - Heavy Panther - QB Wrap. You'll need a mobile QB such as Cam Newton but any QB that can run will work. Receivers are all on the line with a back in the backfield. It's an option play but don't give it to your RB unless if you see DEs all waiting for the QB. The play can get so many yards if you use Newton because he's a perfect mix of speed to get away from defenders but has size to elude tackles.

Patriots Offensive Playbook: Shotgun - Empty Ace Patriot - WR Screens. Five wide with two WRs on one side and two TEs on the other with a RB out wide. So the play is simple. Right outside receiver which is the RB, will run a smoke screen. The two TEs on that side will block for him. That's your first option. Give it a second and launch it. The RB will catch it, and then run up the field and can get a lot of yards if the defense is off. That's your first option. The second option is on the other side. Left outside receiver blocks, left slot receiver runs a bubble. That one is riskier and usually doesn't get you as much yards but if you want just a yard or two, it works. The RB out wide is always going to be the second RB on the depth chart so make sure you pick one that is fast with good speed. Shane Vereen is the right guy for the playbook. He has great catching so low drop rate and great speed to gain yards down the field.

Defensive Playbook: 2 Man Under. Any playbook that has 2 Man Under will work fine. What you want to do is have a real athletic CB in the slot. In your depth chart, but a fast CB in at CB3 or CB4. When you run a dime or nickel package, you should have that corner on the field. So what you want to do is audible that CB to blitz the QB and the S on that side of the ball to man up to the WR that the CB was on. Make sure you have a good cover S if you do this. Occasionally the CB will run straight at the QB with no blocker and it's a sack or great pressure. It works most of the time, sometimes he'll easily get blocked and it's over.

These are the most basic plays I've found that worked. I have many more but there's no point of listing them all. If you find problems, then I can help.
