i bought neymar IF isco and ramos but they are stuck on transfer targets how can i get them out and put them in my club?

You can't i've had players stuck in there for weeks.

You can try email EA, but I tried and got no response, so.

Well I tried to make a new team today, and all 11 players are stuck in my watch list with my winning bid on. Kinda annoying.

You can't as of yet you will have to wait but I'm sure you'll get your players I bought Ronaldo and lost him due to a error I lost him and my money so I was pretty annoyed but you should get your players soon
