If you are trying to get that challenge you have to wait close to the end and a a bucnch of elites will come out of the ship and one will have the sword kill him and there you go

Score Attack>Score Attack>Wait till the last wave,there should be one or more elites with energy swords.Kill one,take the sword and kill the rest of the enemies.
