How the ranking system works is actually very simple. There are two kinds of ranks; Ranks in the hierarchy [Social Club ranking system] and the in-game ranks. The first people to join will get higher ranks in the hierarchy. The in-game ranks are earned through training which will be explained in more detail if you have joined. The hierarchy ranks main purpose for this crew is mainly because I'm going to be making this crew on Social Club and you automatically get one. Also the ranks are unique and are different to many others, because it is set into divisions. Like i said it will be explained in more detail when you join. Every division and some ranks has it's own call sign, every rank will have it's own car also. All ranks and call sign there is in this crew are listed below.
