So I downloaded a Windows 7 ISO file but I don't have a CD/DVD or USB flash drive to make it bootable, I was thinking how could I install Windows without it.
Should I mount it with PowerISO and then boot it like a normal CD by going to "Computer" or should I extract it with WinRAR and load the "Setup.exe" file?
BTW im installing this on a Windows XP machine by doing the Custom Installation
Sorry for my english, help

I would just get a DVD+R DL 8.5 GB Disc and put in on there with a burning program.

You can't do it like that. Well you can but you shouldn't. Doing that will make it so that you have 2 different versions on windows on the same pc and will cause problems for someone who doesn't really know what they are doing. Just go out and get a 8gb flash drive. It will save you the hassle in case you mess up the installation of the second OS.
If I can remember correctly Windows 7 ISO is no more that 4.3 gigs so a 4.7gb will do the trick.
Also if you don't have the "Windows 7 service pack 1" ISO you will run in to problems with the "Genuine security update" in the windows updater. If you are wanting to update it using the updater you'll have to figure out which update it is and disable it. I believe it is "KB971033" just hide it.
