im thinking about buying another Jasper? i dnt want to have faults or be scammed out. or a week later for it to **** up and i dont get it fixed by chrome.. what shud i do? is this service worth it?

I have a console on 2.0.7357.0 and I'm located in Canada and the DVD drive is also broken on it. does this console fall under the $30 service?

Im pissed as fyck now, wasted my whole spring break waiting every fxcking day for it to get here and i wasn't able to head up north , afraid of missing the xbox delivery waiting on AIM for a response everyday. Im very mad about missing out on seeing my relatives now i cant for another while, had this trip planned since new years day. As soon as , if it even comes, im demanding a refund that was just a horrible experience. With the experience i had i would not recommend anyone to him even with his trusted seller badge.
