thats the issue man, i dont hold frames, like at all

it fluxuates between like 5 and 60fps constantly

update your drivers and i dont know how old your card is but might have gone bad low chance unless your did a bad oc but still a chance

also if you lag the frames can drop but i dont think it would drop that much

Then it should say, if your running low then you might want to think about restoring your pc to its factory setting(this wipes everything on your pc except the OS) Or buy a new hard drive.
