Quick question. Whenever I start a new career it does not give me the +3 option. How do I get that?

You need to delete your saved data then go on 360 and sim 2 seasons and come back on and you will get +5

You can get +5 attributes by going back to the previous generation and doing a couple of seasons then go to next gen and restart your fifa profile

You should mention that this only works on xbox one, to save confusion
