There is no hacks for clash of clans and there will never will be
The reason for this is because its connected to a server which syncs your information to that data such as your rank and stats
People will know if you have tried any hacks on your self so instantly you will be banned or reset

The only reason this has not been done yet is because no one has the time/determination to mod an ios game that is so **** easy to play
