I tried to update my RGH dash to 16747 but my RGH starts to boot up then shuts off. Anyway to fix this without me having to clear my hard drive ?

do you still have xbox live plugins in if so press power on then eject button to disable plugins then replace it with the new plugin

You press the power button then when it is booting press eject

It dident change anything. It boots until it says "Xbox360" then it shuts off.

You need a transfer cable then if that does not work

I dont have one. Ill just clear my hard drive. Even after that how to i fix this to make sure it dont happen again ?
