They're not available, it's just the servers are glitching out.

Basically, they'll show up every now and again, but you wont be able to buy them because they're not actually available... Typical EA to be honest.

To be fair, packs are just about luck. It's not like you're forced into buying them. But either way, they are money whores and they do just care about money, but after all it's a business. They're trying to gain money, not lose it ;)
