So i dont know what to do, i tried unpluging my modem for an hour to test if my ip would change and it failed. So i called my isp (xfinity or comcast) and they said they cant do it, so im wondering how you guys do it so i can access my retail after i host whenever i do, any help?

Connect to a VPN and make sure you share it with your local area connection.

Hey if i use wifi hotspot on my phone to host with should i be ok? Like i wont need to change my ip considering i wont need hotspot ever again?

Use Hotspot Shield, it's what I use.

Thanks for the feedback vit! So basically im gonna use hotspot sheild which i think may or may not have a vpn but i should be fine im thinking right?

It works perfectly, I use it everyday and never had an issue.
