In your opinion who is the best Ultra Rapid Fire Champ. What champ has that "edge" do you think in U.R.F? Now i know someone's gonna say Soraka no doubt. I wanna know the champs that don't get banned though.
I think the best champ in this game mode is Teemo.
I say this because with his Blinding Dart (Q) cool down at 1.2 seconds. Your enemy will never beable to basic attack you. So if you're going against ranged champ, or yi, or tryndamere. You basically win. Plus even though he has a shroom cap. You still are able to place them like non-stop.
And i do realize he's banned sometimes. But most of of the time he is playable.

i think sona is the best, spammable poke and heal, so strong

My favourite champ is by far Lucian.
Build full AD & Crit on him and you essentially instakill anything that walks nearby.
I've had about 15-odd pentas the past couple of days from Lucian; he is far too strong considering nobody plays him.

I played as Ezreal and he is very good. Also, Shyvanna can always have her W up no matter what level she is. It is awesome!
